Entaco Limited is an established privately owned British Company, based in the Midlands, with over one hundred years of experience in the healthcare sector. Its name is formed from an acronym of English Needle and Tackle Company. Over the years Entaco has grown and built a reputation as a respected and competent company whilst still offering and maintaining a personal service to its customers. Entaco prides itself in the longevity of its employees, many of whom have over 25 years experience within the company. Entaco have a purpose built clean room complex of 135 square metres plus a controlled environment room of 260 square metres meeting the ISO class 9 particle count requirement. Manufacturing processes include tubing and medical wires, the braiding of medical textiles, pressing, assembly, washing using a variety of solutions and solvents, packing, labeling, sealing and sterilisation in ISO Class 7 10,000 clean rooms with a consistently low bio burden. Entaco is registered to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003. It is placed on the market class: 1, 2a, 2b and class 3 medical devices under the European Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC and is FDA registered under 8043734.
