Docobo UK Ltd

Docobo, is a UK company formed in 2001 to commercialise the output from an EU R&D project. Since then Docobo has become a dedicated telehealth company with asuccessful track record of implementing cost-effective telehealth solutions. It is listed on 'Buying Solutions' to provide all the elements for a proven telehealth-enabled service which is easy for patients and clinicians to use.

Docobo also provides project management, planning and implementation, and forms partnerships to provide the Telehealth Service complete with patient selection support, training, installation, and decommissioning. The company focuses on long term relationships based on honesty and trust and offers a high level of technical support.

Docobo's HealthHUB is easy to use, lightweight and portable. It gives graphical feedback from a number of monitors e.g. ECG, blood pressure, SpO2, weight etc, using manual or automatic entry. The device has phone line or GPRS connectivity and all data is encrypted for security. There is even a multi-patient hub available for community settings.

The doc@HOME system is web-based giving access from anywhere, by all permitted teams. The system can ask unlimited questions covering topics such as medical, lifestyle or a survey of the service. It does not require just yes or no answers and can incorporate simple data, multiple choice or nested questions. The system can be customised for each individual patient.

doc@HOME has NHS N3 approvals, information governance approvals, high-level security requiring password and enrolment, plus risk management and mitigation services. It is able to change functionality to interface with a number of out-of-hours services, monitoring services and GP systems.

Today it is installed and operational in more than 40 clinical sites in the UK and overseas.
