myM-link membership helps secure new business win in just 24 hoursA Malvern based manufacturer is back on the books for Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, after winning an order in just 24 hours through a healthcare procurement channel, the Suppliers' Registration Portal. Using information gleaned at a dedicated event run by myM-link, a membership service for private companies in the life sciences market, Malvern Healthcare Limited secured an order to supply its industry-leading EZIplug Foetal Scalp Electrode System. By submitting a quote within just two hours of receiving the enquiry, Malvern Healthcare, a preferred supplier to the Healthcare Purchasing Consortium, was able to secure the order for its unique disposable electrodes just 24 hours later. The EZIplug System’s compatibility with all monitoring systems and its unique ergonomic design for ease of use and to reduce cross contamination were key benefits to the Trust. Graham Robinson, Malvern Healthcare’s operations manager said: "The myM-link event we attended, as part of our membership to myM-link's 'Information Service', taught us the importance of maximising new business opportunities through the Suppliers' Registration Portal. I'm confident that by reacting fast to all enquiries, we're making the most of the opportunities presented by our myM-link membership. The Suppliers' Registration Portal forms a critical part of our business development approach and with a flow of enquiries coming through; it's a resource that we wouldn’t now be without." |
