In a constant attempt to deliver the very best service to our members, myM-link does not rest on its laurels, but asks the difficult questions that will iron out any wrinkles in the quality of service it delivers. The good news is that a recent member survey has revealed satisfaction levels are up and although we are confident about our quality service, it is always good to get a reality check and see what our members really think. Although myM-link has had a good year with membership numbers increasing, more Link-Ups delivered and more events organised than in previous years, like many other membership organisations the questions were asked with a degree of trepidation given the sense of pessimism in the business community. But in what seems to be a complete vindication of the benefits of membership of myM-link the results were extremely positive: Almost 80% of respondents rated the service as above average or excellent Commenting on the positive results, myM-link manager Sue Wilde said: "It is easy to cut back on marketing budgets in difficult times, but businesses with insight know this is counter-intuitive and the budget needs to stretch further not be reduced. Membership of myM-link provides mutually-beneficial Link-Ups with potential suppliers, partners and customers and this bold approach is a good way to make the budget work hard and dramatically increases the chances of securing new business. As we emerge from recession, we expect businesses in the Life Science sector to drive economic recovery in the UK and as long as we maintain our current service levels or improve them as planned, we can share in the success of our members and rest easy in the knowledge that myM-link has played its part." |
