myM-link Sizzle At The Annual Summer Networking Event

Monday, 12 July 2010 13:42

The myM-link  Summer Networking event took place at our offices in Edgbaston on Thursday 8 July. A total of 45 delegates from as far afield as Arbroath and Cornwall attended the event - all taking advantage of our tried and tested ‘Dance Card’ system - designed to maximise the networking opportunities with suggested contacts for delegates to speak to.

A short presentation on how to ‘Perfect your Pitch’ was given by Mr Rob Whitemore of Roboleo Ltd, and our sponsors
BusinessLinkWM, the Fair finance Consortium Ltd, and The Winning Technology all had ample opportunity to liaise with local businesses about the support they’re looking for.

Following the presentation, we enjoyed an (almost) rain free barbecue on the lawn, kindly sponsored by UK Trade & Investment - Coventry & Warwickshire, complete with beers, burgers,  hot dogs and some delicious desserts!

Feedback on the day from the attendees was excellent, with some fantastic contacts being made. (If you haven’t already sent your feedback in, please click This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to email us your comments).

Our next Networking event will be in the Autumn – details to follow shortly. Keep an eye on the events section of our website to make sure you don't miss out!
