Hiral Chavda from Ascom said, “Winning this framework agreement is a key strategic step for us and it means that we can now go on to develop this rapidly expanding area of our business in the UK” To complete the tender Marketing Medicine worked with all areas of the Ascom business from manufacturing and product design to quality and sales development teams. “Ascom delivers an exceptional product that really improves the quality of life for people living in environments managed by it. All the core information was within the business, Marketing Medicine simply helped them to understand the in depth requirements of the tender and crafted the responses in a way that the information could be easily understood and scored by the Buying Solutions team” Katy Draper, from Marketing Medicine said. “Working with Ascom was a great experience. The team were responsive, helpful and open to our suggestions. A critical factor in their success was that they recognised the need to invest time and resource to develop the tender. We speak with many companies who are bewildered at their lack of success. We often find that they are failing to invest resources into understanding the customer’s requirements and the documentation – which can be very confusing”. Ascom were introduced to Marketing Medicine by myM-link, a key business support organisation for the life sciences sector in the West Midlands. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Marketing Medicine is a leading supplier of marketing and tender management services to the life sciences and healthcare industry.
