The project contract is approved. It commenced on 28 Jan 2011 and is due to complete 28 Jan 2013 The project is 2 stories.  The Project value is approximately £24,000,000.  The scheme will comprise redevelopment of hospital. This includes conversion and alterations to the oldest part of the hospital to form an administrative and support services centre, , a new replacement 2 storey building providing a 12-bed ward on the ground floor and 16-bed ward on the first floor, a 2 storey building with two 16-bed wards for the eastern part of the site.
