The project contract is approved.  It commenced on 20 September 2010 and is due to complete 20 February 2012.  The project is 3 stories.  The Project value is approximately £12,000,000    

The scheme comprises construction of 3 storey extra care residential communal facilitie, comprising of 111 self-contained flats, health and well being centre, enhanced day care service and associated offices, vehicular/pedestrian access provision of car parking and associated landscaping demolition of buildings on the site.
