The Project value is approximately £30,000,000 Scheme comprises demolition and construction of a hospital. Works include access from Granville Road enabling infrastructure sewer system and landscaping.
The £10M grant that was secured will benefit local residents as it will transform the outdated hospital into a high quality modern building equipped to provide state-of-the-art primary care alongside intermediate care, occupational therapy, outpatients and diagnostics.
