The project contract is approved.  It commenced on 1 November 2010 and is due to complete1 November 2012.  The project is 3 stories, over 7200 Sqm.  The Project value is approximately £14,000,000    

The scheme comprises redevelopment of Perinatal Services at Addenbrookes Hospital in order to provide a 7200 sqm building to increase the capacity of the facilities to cope with projected demand in maternity deliveries and neonatal activity to 2021.
