The project contract is approved. It commenced on 23 Nov 2010 and is due to complete 23 Feb 2012.  The Project value is approximately £4,000,000    

The scheme comprises development of Northern Ireland Advanced Composites and Engineering Centre comprising workshop/engineering space, office/research space, conference and meeting rooms, plant and storage space, boundary fencing car parking and associated operational development with service access at rear of site
