The project contract is approved. It commenced on 7 June 2010 and is due to complete 1 March 2012.  The project is 3 stories, over 7500 Sqm.  The Project value is approximately £15,000,000    

The scheme comprises new scientific support facility  of 7500 sqm on ground and two upper levels. The associated works include sewer systems access roads infrastructure enabling and landscaping.
