45253 Public Sector Framework Agreement - Lincolnshire


A £450m Framework Agreement for new-build, extensions and refurbishments has been agreed for Lincolnshire and parts of the East Midlands, managed by the East Midlands Property Alliance.

The Agreement covers a variety of sectors including schools, universities, fire stations, hospitals, police stations, leisure centres, libraries, nurseries, elderly persons homes, transport and administrative offices.

The Agreement runs for 4 years from late 2009.
