Tender to provide minor oral surgery and orthodontics services. Clinical care will be provided in established premises and are easily accessible to patients arriving on foot, by public transport or by car. The premises comply with Disability Discrimination Act 1995 regulations. The orthodontic treatment/MOS service provider will be required to undertake a clinical assessment and to provide appropriate treatment for all referrals received. Providers will fully manage the episode of care from referral into the service through to discharge from the service (unless transferred as per protocols by the provider to specialists in secondary care).
