53906 Establishing Medical Centres in Bulgaria


Bulgaria: The main activities of the successful Contractors will be the following:

— Preparation of detailed designs in compliance with the Employer’s requirements and with the stipulations of the relevant Bulgarian legislation,

— Execution of the construction works on the basis of the approved detailed designs and the issued construction permits (as per the Bulgarian Law of the Spatial Planning),

— Performing and/or participation of all necessary testing activities,

— Acting as the “Contractor” under the General Conditions for Works Contracts financed under HiPERB and as “Constructor” under Bulgarian Law of the Spatial Planning,

— Ensuring healthy and safe labour conditions (HSLC) at the construction sites during implementation of construction and mounting works.

Lot 2 – Cancer Medical Centre – Including a Pharmacy Shop
