The project contract is approved.  It commenced on 1 June 2010 and is due to complete 1 June 2012.  The project is 4 stories, over 5310 Sqm.  The Project value is approximately £13,000,000.

The scheme comprises of redevelopment of hospital including refurbishment and alterations of Grade II listed building over 4 storeys and construction of a 2 storey extension refurbishment and extension of a Grade II listed stable block to form a 24 station Renal Dialysis Unit.
