55574 University (Extension) - Liverpool


The project contract is approved.  It commenced on 24 May 2010 and is due to complete 24 February 2012.  The project is 4 stories, over 19345 Sqm.  The Project value is approximately £20,000,000   

The scheme comprises construction of a 4 storey building to be occupied by the Faculty of Medicine.  The building will provide modern research and office facilities and accommodation for a pathology services unit.

This project will be done in two phases. First phase development gave value as £20M. The overall budget allowance is £50m. Details for the future Phase 2 are yet to be finalised.
