The project contract is approved. It commenced on 16 February 2009 and is due to complete 1 February 2014.  The Project value is approximately £31,700,000   

The scheme comprises construction of a mixed development to form light industrial office, general industrial and warehouse units.   The scheme provides retail shops, health centre, financial business, restaurants, 450 residential units and 24 live in/work units. 

 A reserved matters application for the first phase has been submitted. This will consist of 76 houses and 34 apartments.    Also see lead 05178467.
