The system consists of a home based unit which is supported by the Test Company Ltd Suite. The home based unit links to a wide range of monitoring devices ranging from Blood Pressure monitors, Oximeters, Weight Scales and Glucose monitors. The patient is able to view their measurements on the touch screen and video conference with their GP using the built in web camera. Test Company Ltd also provide the QuietCare occupancy monitoring solution. This uses advanced motion sensors to determine activity within the home environment, the system learns normal activity. If activity outside of normal behaviour is detected the system will alert the appropriate agencies.

Test Company Ltd's identifier product provides 'clocking in and clocking out' functionality using a mobile phone and an electronic tag. The phone has to merely touch a tag to read the data from it. The data could be a location or information on a product. This is suited used by health care workers visiting remote patients where 'proof of attendance' is needed. The carer touches a tag, with their mobile phone, placed at a patients home.

They also have solutions which allow users to touch a mobile against items like medicines and pharmaceuticals, which are tagged, which then automatically generates a request for replenishment of the drug.
